License Activation

This document describes how to activate the licence of ZKPOS Software and it’s add ons. Before activating the licence you need to verify your device first. You can verify your device through ZKSTORE or through ZKPOS Utility

DEVICE VERIFICATION THROUGH ZKSTORE

• •    Open the ZKPOS Software by clicking RUN AS ADMINISTARTOR
• •    Enter password and username
• •    Click on ZKSTORE button from dashboard

• •   Open ZKSTORE
• •    Enter the retailer code and serial number
• •    Click VERIFY button
• •    Click OK to the confirmation message
• •   Now your device is verified Successfully

LICENCE ACTIVATION OF ZKPOS SOFTWARE

• •    If you want to access ZKSTORE you need to login to registered account

• •   If you don’t have one, then create one using REGISTER link
• •    Your product key code, retailer code and serial number already seen in registration form
• •    Fill other details and click REGISTER button
• •    After registration you will get one username and password, you can use it for login to ZK STORE.

• •    To activate the license, click on ACTIVATE button
• •    You can activate the license after confirm the request by retailer.
• •    After confirmation activate button will be changes to INSTALL
• •    Log out from the ZKSTORE and again login to see the changes

• •    Click on Install button
• •    You will get a pop up for restarting the application
• •    Restart the application

• •   Now the status will be changes to installed
• •    You are successfully activate the license

LICENCE ACTIVATION OF ADD ONS

1. ZKPOS Android POS Web App

• •    Click on Activate button
• •    Click OK to the alert message
• •   Please log out from ZKSTORE and log in again
• •    If the retailer confirmed your request, activate button will be changed to INSATLL button

• •    Click on Install button
• •    Now restart the application to make changes
• •   Now you are activated the feature license

• •    Now the status of pos web report App will be changed to ‘Installed’..
• •    You need internet connection to activate license through ZKSTORE

• •    In utility you can see the feature status as activated

2. ZKPOS Android Order App

• •   If you want to activate Zkpos Android Order app , please click activate button
• •    Click OK to the alert message
• •    The add on will be activated after the confirmation from retailer
• •   Please log out from ZKSTORE and log in again
• •    If the retailer confirmed your request, activate button will be changed to INSATLL button

• •    Click on Install button
• •    Now restart the application to make changes
• •   Now you are activated the feature license

• •    Now the status of android order App will be changed to ‘Installed’.
• •    You need internet connection to activate license through ZKSTORE

• •    In utility you can see the feature status as activated

3. ZKPOS Back Office

• •   If you want to activate Zkpos back office , please click activate button
• •    Click OK to the alert message
• •    The add on will be activated after the confirmation from retailer
• •   Please log out from ZKSTORE and log in again
• •    If the retailer confirmed your request, activate button will be changed to INSATLL button

• •    Click on Install button
• •    Now restart the application to make changes
• •   Now you are activated the feature license

• •    Now the status of back office will be changed to ‘Installed’.
• •    You need internet connection to activate license through ZKSTORE

• •    In utility you can see the feature status as activated

4. ZKPOS Restaurant Report App

• •   If you want to activate Zkpos restaurant report app , please click activate button.
• •    Click OK to the alert message
• •    The add on will be activated after the confirmation from retailer
• •   Please log out from ZKSTORE and log in again
• •    If the retailer confirmed your request, activate button will be changed to INSATLL button

• •    Click on Install button
• •    Now restart the application to make changes
• •   Now you are activated the feature license

• •    Now the status of back office will be changed to ‘Installed’.
• •    You need internet connection to activate license through ZKSTORE

• •    In utility you can see the feature status as activated

DEVICE VERIFIFCATION THROUGH ZKPOS SOFTWARE UTILITY

• •    Open Zkpos utility by clicking RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
• •    Click on Verify Serial Number button

• •    You can have two verification modes – online and offline
• •    Select online verification method first

• •    Enter retailer code and serial number

• •    For offline verification enter customer retailer hash code

After successful verification of device, you have to actually activate the licence.

• •    Paste the hash code under product key code
• •    Click Activate button
• •    Now you are successfully activate the software licence

Now let us see how to activate the add ons

• •    Go to SETTINGS>> Utility
• •    Select the add on you want to activate
• •    Click on Activate button
• •    You will get a pop up
• •    Paste the hash code here
• •    Click Activate button
• •    Restart the software to make changes
